Dr Ulrich Kühn is the director of the research division Arms Control and New Technologies at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg. He is also a Nonresident Scholar in the Nuclear Policy Program at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. His research focuses on Euro-Atlantic security, new technologies as well as nuclear deterrence, arms control and disarmament.
