Josua Loots holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Pretoria. He is currently pursuing a PhD and serves as the programme manager for business and human rights projects at the university’s Centre for Human Rights as well as doing research at the International Development Law Unit. His current research areas include infrastructure, public-private partnerships, international human rights law, public international law, and foreign policy.
